Your piece enters production at our French atelier.

Every Racing & Emotion piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure the quality of the finish, materials and detailing.
Before packing, we will share photographs of your completed piece with you for final review and confirmation.
Once approved, your creation is carefully prepared and securely packed for delivery.
06 — Worldwide Delivery
Your creation is carefully packed and prepared for international delivery.

Payment​
Payment terms : 100% upfront.
Paypal and Bank Transfer are preferred.
Currency accepted : EUR / USD / GBP / AED / USDT / XRP
Paypal Payment : will be charged an extra 4.4% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received

We have been producing office furniture for more than 15 years. We can provide customized service and OEM service with more personality.

Customisation​
Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.

Packaging​
We use reinforced cardboard cartons with clear labeling and external color swatches. Goods are economically packed into snug fitting boxes in order to minimize your cost of shipping. For international shipping we use reinforced wooden crate for maximum security purpose during the shipment.

Worldwide Delivery​
We deliver our products worldwide, each order can be different and the pricing may vary depending on the volume by AirFreight / SeaFreight or by Road. We will give you an accurate price from our shipping company. Please note International shipment of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.

All packages will require a signature on delivery, so you must give us an address where someone will be in (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Purchasing may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Real Emotions Holding FZE you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods BUT don't worry, we are here to support with a Brokerage agent if necessary.
